Al-Qaeda in Iraq Issues a Video Depicting the Execution of a Contractor who Worked with the “Crusaders,” and Claims Responsibility for Several Bombings and Attacks Targeting American and Iraqi Forces throughout Iraq

Al-Qaeda in Iraq issued ten communiqués and a 2:36 minute video today, October 17, 2005, claiming responsibility for several bombing operations and attacks targeting American and Iraqi forces over the period from Friday, October 14, through Sunday, October 16. The video displays photo identification cards of, Farook al-Jibouri, Mahmoud al-Jibouri, and Mahmoud Alwan Husain before showing the execution of a contractor who appears to be the latter.
