On Monday, November 15, 2004, Abu Masayra al-Iraqi, the official
spokesperson of Abu Musab al-Zarqawi's group "Al Qaeda of the Jihad in the
Land of Two Rivers [Iraq]," posted to the internet part II of an audiotaped
message from Zarqawi. In his message, Zarqawi communicates instructions to
his followers throughout Iraq, telling them how to continue their fight
against the United States and its allies in light of the recent fighting in
Fallujah. Zarqawi warns his followers that, once finished with Fallujah,
the enemy is planning to march towards them. Zarqawi exhorts his followers
keep the battle joined and to give the enemy no quarter or rest, telling his
fighters to "march towards the enemy, drive them out of their holes, and
shower them with missiles and mortars," to "make [the battle] last longer,"
and to "cut off their main and secondary supply routes, as they are [the
enemy's] main artery."
