Ansar al-Sunnah Claims Responsibility for Sniping an American Soldier in Haditha, and Bombings Targeting American Forces and Iraqi National Guards in Kirkuk

Ansar al-Sunnah, in three communiqués issued within the past 24-hours, claims responsibility for sniping an American soldier on Saturday in Haditha, detonating an improvised explosive device (IED) on an American military convoy near Kirkuk, and detonating another IED yesterday in Kirkuk on a National Guard convoy, allegedly destroying a vehicle and killing ?converters? inside.

A translation of the three messages is provided to our Intel Service members.
