Al-Qaeda in Iraq Claims Responsibility for Bombings and Attacks Targeting American and Iraqi Forces in al-Ramadi, Baquba, and Diyali, and Assassinated an Engineer Working with the Iraqi Ministry of Defense

Al-Qaeda in Iraq [Tanzeem Qaedat al-Jihad Fi Bilad al-Rafidayn], in seven communiqués issued today, December 6, 2005, claims responsibility for several operations targeting American and Iraqi forces in al-Ramadi, Baquba, and Diyali, using improvised explosive devices (IEDs) and firearms, in addition to the assassination of the ?responsible engineer? of the Construction and Improvement of the Projects of the Ministry of Defense, Raed Falah Naser, on the expressway between al-Dawra and Baghdad al-Jadida.
