Al-Qaeda in Iraq, in six communiqués issued today, December 21, 2005, claims responsibility for a suicide bombing targeting a National Guard camp in al-Taji, in Baghdad, today, allegedly killing forty guards, detonating an improvised explosive device (IED) on an American convoy on the road of Shahraban, and other bombing operations yesterday and Monday, December 18, upon American forces in Tal Afar, and al-Fallujah, and assassinating an alleged ?Crusader spy? and a member of the National Guard intelligence in al-A?azamiya.

A translation of the six messages is provided to our Intel Service members.
