The Emir of Ansar al-Sunnah issued a statement on the occasion of Eid al-Adha, the Feast of Sacrifice that concludes the Hajj, lauding jihad for the ?sake of Allah? and including incitement rhetoric within his address to the Muslims in Iraq. Elaborating upon the goals of jihad in Iraq, the speech indicates a desire to spread the confrontations beyond the Iraqi borders, as the reestablishment of Islam is sought ?all over the world.?
The Emir, Abu Abdullah al-Hassan bin Mahmoud, states that the ?American Crusaders? declared war upon Islam and the religion?s laws, and as such, the battles have spread over Muslim lands. He announces that the battle is not to be personal, local, or territorical; rather, is to be international and one of belief. To the enemy, the Emir states: ?We will fight you as long as jihad is on and as long as we live. We love the sword and death and the high fellows. The difference between us is the scale. Our killed are in heaven and yours are in hell.?
