Ansar al-Sunnah Claims Responsibility for Launching a Mortar at a Chinook Helicopter, Sniping American Soldiers, and Bombing Barracks in al-Ramadi, and Firing Rockets at a Base in Samarra

Ansar al-Sunnah, in six communiqués issued within the past 24-hours, claims responsibility for launching four rockets at the ?Crusader forces?? barracks on the bridge of Samarra in al-Boheira Hotel, and operations executed in al-Ramadi, including: launching a mortar shells at a Chinook helicopter after the mujahideen discovered the time it landed at the base each night, sniping an ?American pig? in the area of al-Ta?amim and another American soldiers at the checkpoint leading into the city, burning a Humvee, and launching mortars at a military barracks on the train bridge in the area of al-Hamira.

A translation of the six messages is provided to our Intel Service members.
