Ansar al-Sunnah Claims Responsibility for Two Simultaneous Attacks on Two American Patrols in al-Ramadi, and Car Bombings Targeting American and Iraqi Forces

Ansar al-Sunnah claims responsibility for attacks targeting American and Iraqi forces in al-Ramadi, al-Talibiya and the ?industrial section? in three of their communiqués issued today, April 3, 2006. The group states that in attacks yesterday, the mujahideen used firearms and rockets in two simultaneous attacks on two American patrols in the area of al-Ziout and Tamouz Street in al-Ramadi, and detonated a car bomb on a National Guard convoy in al-Talibiya. Today, Ansar al-Sunnah claims they detonated a car bomb on a GMC vehicle in ?area 52 in the industrial street?.
