The Mujahideen Shura Council issued on Sunday, May 28, 2006, a 21:30 minute video presentation of the ?Attack of Bilal al-Kubaysi,? consisting of a suicide car bombing in al-Ramadi, and several operations striking American and Iraqi forces in al-Khalidiya, al-Rabia, al-Sigariya, and Sadiqia. Featured in the film are two martyrs? wills, that of Abu Obeida Bilal al-Kubaysi, as read by a narrator, and Abu Rabia al-Shami, the suicide car bomber. Scenes within also include bombings, mujahideen training and discussion, footage from Abu Musab al-Zarqawi?s video speech from April 25, 2006, ?A Message to the People,? and two young males, possibly in their early teens, pledging loyalty to Zarqawi.
Abu Obeida Bilal al-Kubaysi, who was killed in the area of al-Jazeera in al-Ramadi in October 2005, is complementarily described as ?courageous and bold,? having participated in many of the al-Ramadi battles and being of he Tawhid doctrine even in the days of the ?devil of Iraq?. The narrator complements his native tribe, stating they ?stood when others fled and they were patient when others were desperate?. Following scenes of reconnaissance targeting and planning, Abu Rabia al-Shami appears reading his will, telling ?those people who accuse us of being people who commit suicide and terrorism, these words won?t do you any good… I call on all the mujahideen all over the world to be united?. He is then shown embracing his fellow mujahideen, then driving in his truck and singing to the site of his operation in al-Ramadi. The video purports that forty ?infidels? were killed in the attack.
Multiple operations consisting of car bombings, launching of rockets and mortar shells, IED detonations, and armed confrontations are listed, targeting forces al-Khalidiya, al-Rabia, al-Sigariya and Sadiqiya. The video concludes with a scene in which two young males hold machine guns and state: ?our fathers the martyrs brought us up that every day new generations are born believing in our faith and we are here pledging our loyalty to Sheikh Abi Musab al-Zarqawi. Allah is Great. Glory to Allah.? They then fire their guns upwards to the sky.
