Al-Qaeda in Iraq Claims Responsibility for Several Assassinations of al-Ghadr Brigade Members and Bishmarka Members in Mosul and Baghdad

Among nearly two dozen communiqués issued in the past twenty-four hours, al-Qaeda in Iraq [Tanzeem Qaedat Al-Jihad Fi Bilad Al-Rafidayn] claims responsibility for the assassination of two members of the Bishmarka in Mosul, and several members of al-Ghadr Brigade in the areas of al-Dowra, Saida, and al-Amirya in Baghdad, including Majeed al-Khafaji, a leader of al-Ghadr Brigade, last Thursday, July 7, 2005.

A full translation of five messages is provided to our Intel Service members.
