Al-Qaeda in Iraq issued the third issue of its magazine, Thurwat al-Sinam (The Highest Point), yesterday, July 14, 2005. The publication has also been referred to as "The Tip of the Camel's Hump." In this 42-page issue, al-Qaeda in Iraq continues the trend of motivating Muslims to the "grace of jihad", stressing its imperative and placing it within a historical perspective, and for the first time in the magazine's series, provides detailed articles for military instruction. In addition, this issue contains a biography of Omar Hadid, an article titled: "Known Your Enemy: Bush… The Evangelistic Crusader," which provides a biographical summary of President George W. Bush, and a piece emphasizing the "weapon of boycotting,? mentions the Philip Morris tobacco company's presence in the Islamic world.
