Ansar al-Sunnah Claims Responsibility for Assassinating Several Iraqi Officials in al-Mosul and Abu Ghraib, and Bombing an American Vehicle in Baghdad

In five separate communiqués issued today, August 11, 2005, Ansar al-Sunnah claims responsibility for assassinating several Iraqi officials including a member of the Kurdistan Nationalist Alliance Party in al-Mosul, fourteen al-Ghadr members in Abu Ghraib, and an al-Ghadr commander in Baghdad, and for a bombing targeting an American mine sweeper in Baghdad, today.
