Ansar al-Sunnah Claims Responsibility for Bombings Targeting Iraqi Police and Americans in Balad, Yathreb, and Kirkuk, and Assassinating an Alleged Spy in Kirkuk

Ansar al-Sunnah, in five communiqués issued today, September 15, 2005, claims responsibility for bombing yesterday the American forces? quarters in Balad, detonating explosives in al-Qadissiya district and a car bomb near al-Miqdad station in Kirkuk, targeting Iraqi police, bombing an American Humvee in Yathreb, north of Baghdad, and assassinating an alleged spy working for the ?infidel cross forces? who was in the ?high commission of the election,? in al-Orouba in Kirkuk.
